Room 1) Massive master bedroom with en suite. The floor area is 6m x 4m = 24 square metres, the average room is 9 square metres. Walk in wardrobe, two windows overlooking the front of the house. The en suite bathroom includes a wc, basin and a corner bath with shower.

Room 2) Extra large room (4m x 3m) with Juliette balcony doors overlooking the town and countryside. The floor area is 4m x 3m = 12 square metres.. As there are three bathrooms in the house, Bedroom 2 shares a bathroom with just one person.

These bedrooms have a luxury deep pile carpet and they're furnished with a modern solid oak double bed, solid oak wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The whole lower ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. It also has an outside balcony overlooking the town and countryside, with access onto the patio below.

It is situated in a small cul-de-sac, so it's quiet and there is no traffic noise and less pollution than in the town. The house is warm & friendly and is shared by young professional and respectable people.

Outside there is plenty of parking and a garden. Suitable for a working person (not suitable for couples).

A professional tenancy contract is provided, so you would be a tenant not a lodger.

Any replacement key(s) are charged at cost price.

A minimum of one months notice is needed to end the tenancy after the initial fixed period.

If you terminated the tenancy agreement within the initial 6 month fixed period, then rent would be payable up until the property was re-let.
