Seeking a cosy and convenient home for the winter months? Our beautiful, modern studio room is available for a six-month winter let, from 22.09.25 to 31.03.2026. All bills and Wi-Fi are included, making this the perfect hassle-free option for a full-time working professional or a couple.

The Space:
Fully Furnished: The room comes complete with a comfortable double bed, a large TV, a wardrobe, and drawers.
Self-Contained: Enjoy complete privacy with your own separate entrance, located underneath our bungalow and accessed via the driveway.

Private Garden: Step out into your own large, enclosed private garden—a peaceful retreat even in the cooler months.

Kitchenette: Included appliances are a microwave, kettle, and toaster. For cooking, we recommend bringing your own air fryer and slow cooker.

Dedicated Parking: A private parking space is included in the rental.

What to Know:
Laundry: Please note there is no washing machine at the property. Laundry facilities are available at a local launderette (2mins drive away).

Pet-Friendly: A small, friendly dog will be considered upon request.

Family Home: We are a family of three (husband, wife, and a 7-year-old child) living in the main house. We also have three very friendly dogs, who may be heard occasionally if someone knocks on our door.

Ideal Tenant:
We are looking for a full-time working professional, and we would consider a couple or one adult with one child.
