Room to rent - not full time

I own and live in a large apartment, which is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and I’m looking at renting out my spare room for a few nights a week. I am not looking for anyone full time, but I would consider possibly a Mon-Fri or a week on and a week off type arrangement. The room is a small double room and a bit of an odd shape, but I guess it depends what you’re looking for. I am a teacher, so I’m out a lot and I have a small dog who goes to daycare during the day. I am often out in the evenings too. The apartment has a large bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances. It also has a back garden with a hot tub - although I only have this on in the summer months! There is broadband and I subscribe to Netflix and Amazon Prime. The property is two minutes walk from the main bus route, which has frequent buses in both directions and is also accessible for the ring road. Within less than 5 minutes walk, is also a Tesco Metro, Sainsbury’s, Spar and several different take away options, as well as a pharmacy and lots of coffee shops and cafes. I can be completely flexible for the right person/couple as long as it works for everyone. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
