Retreat to this spacious and serene home near Paignton, Torbay for a few nights, or a few weeks.

Live in landlord, who works from home - preference is people who go out to work in the day, who only cook light meals, maybe Monday-Friday or Hospital Locum Staff who come and go.

It's a great place to relax outside of work and rest between shifts. While away time in one of the many seating areas and nooks... there's also the wonderful Occumbe woods nearby (5mins walk away) with new Greendale farm shop, and we're 10-12mins walk from Preston Sands, with the colourful beach huts ⛱️ This lovely double room is perfect for quiet individuals looking for a short term room that is a retreat from daily life. Room available on a nightly or weekly basis in September only, with potential to extend into October.

Sharing with an entrepreneurial business owner who travels for work, and is away most weekends in September and sporadically in October.

Rent:

£40 per night (if less than 7 nights)
£185 per week (if booking 1 week or 2 weeks)
All bills included.
Refundable £200 deposit from stays of 1 week or more.
Renting on a nightly/weekly basis only.
