Double room for single use

Room to let in owner’s house. Must be employed professional non smoking person .references required. There will be almost sole use of bathroom unless I have family staying. . Possible separate lounge. There is plenty of street parking and a a nice garden ..I do have a cat . The property is in the monkerton area of Exeter , train station nearby and bus service. Sowton and science park nearby. The room has a double wardrobe and 3 chest of drawers. Although I am retired I am still very fit and active
