This is a very friendly house with large shared kitchen and living room for getting to know people.

The room has been recently decorated, is comfortably furnished, double-glazed, shares a WC and shower with one other tenant; each room has a lockable cupboard in the kitchen and plenty of allocated space in the fridge and freezer.

There is a weekly cleaning service in the communal areas. The separate laundry is outside the house and contains 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers.

PLEASE NOTE: This room might not be suitable for someone with a car as the house is excluded from the local parking scheme and all our parking spaces are allocated. There is unrestricted parking available about 5 minutes walk away from the house. On street restrictions apply from 2-7pm Monday to Saturday but there are 4 free to use bays adjacent to the house with a 2 hour restriction on their use.

The house is convenient for central Plymouth, the shops on Mutley Plain and the new Aldi store is just around the corner. Local buses run on Alexandra Road and from Mutley Plain into central Plymouth.
