House share with one other two wc / showers

Short term , or part week . Length of stay is negotiable, Ideal for contract worker. Close to Devonport dockyard . On bus route to the city . 15 mins drive to Derriford hospital . On the border of Cornwall.
House share with myself and my two elderly Golden retrievers.
They are family ,they do not go upstairs .

Double newly decorated furnished bedroom with tv and wifi , two showers and toilets .

Large kitchen, sitting room, conservatory large sunny garden (when it's not raining)with lots of outside chilling areas .
Full use of kitchen and washing machine, all bills, wi fi included .
Bedding and towels available.

Non smoking House.
Must like dogs .
There is cctv ,smoke and carbon alarms .
Plenty of on road free parking there is also a small drive suitable for a bike .
Very friendly and chilled home .
Suitable for professional person or mature student . Happy to accept part weeks for contract worker or bank staff . Have stated short term however my last lodger stayed for four years and has now purchased her own property nearby.
On bus route into the city . 5 minutes to the main A38 to Exeter or Cornwall. Close to Devonport dockyard . Derriford hospital 15 minutes drive .
