My housemate is looking to move out at the start of November so looking for someone to replace him. You will have a large double room which can come furnished or you can bring your own furniture if you wish.

You will also have access to all communal areas in the house. I have lots of storage available should you need to put items in the garage / loft.

I am an easy going 28 year old male who predominantly works at home. I am into sea swimming, kayaking and all things outdoors. Would be ideal if the prospective housemate had similar interests but not a concern otherwise
