We are renting out the top floor of our house consisting of a bedroom with ensuite toilet and the lounge/study room next to it alongside a big wardrobe on the landing. Ideal for someone who works at home or wants more personal space without wanting to pay for a full house.
Big kitchen with breakfast bar, beautifully redone lounge, garden (definitely still a work in progress!) bathroom and shower room.
All bills including a biweekly cleaner of all shared spaces, Amazon prime, disneyplus etc, internet.
House has just been re-insulated and new windows put in so toasty warm.
Current tenant has an ex-guide dog and we are open to pet owners on discussion.

We understand life circumstances can be different so can be flexible about guarantors, UC etc etc.
