Beautiful big home near mutley plain looking for a new flatmate/couple. We are renting out a bedroom and the lounge/study room next to it. Ideal for someone who works at home or wants more personal space without wanting to pay for a full house.
Current tenants are a surgeon, a SEN teacher and a store manager, most importantly a gorgeous cocker spaniel who will give you all the love!
Big kitchen with breakfast bar, beautifully redone lounge, garden (definitely still a work in progress!) bathroom and shower room.
All bills including a weekly cleaner of all shared spaces, Netflix, disneyplus etc, internet.
House has just been re-insulated and new windows are being put in in April so will be toasty warm.
Open to pet owners conditional on them getting on with our Rupert.
