Bedroom with separate private study/lounge

Beautiful big home near mutley plain looking for a new flatmate, due to licensing we can't accept couples but obviously partner's can stay whenever wanted. These are two rooms next to each other, a larger bedroom and a currently empty room which, though officially a double, is quite small. It would be perfect for someone who works at home or wants more personal space without wanting to pay for a full house. I'm happy to get furniture for second the room, just wanted to wait and get it to meet the future tenant's needs.

Big kitchen with breakfast bar, beautifully redone lounge, garden (definitely still a work in progress!) bathroom and shower room.
All bills including a biweekly cleaner of all shared spaces, Amazon prime, disneyplus etc, internet.
House has just been re-insulated and new windows put in so toasty warm.
Currently there is a cat called Batman and tiny dog called Cheech. We are happy to welcome either up to two cats or a small/medium dog.

We understand life circumstances can be different so can be flexible about guarantors, UC etc etc.

Rooms are currently being upgraded hence messy photos...sorry!

Current tenants are an electrician, a tattoo artist and a retail worker. All are very relaxed easy going people.
