Please excuse the lack of photos - I only completed on the purchase last week and haven't finished furnishing it yet. Viewings are available from Nov 18th and photos will follow once I've got the place dressed up.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom, top floor space on the beautiful Durnford Street in Stonehouse. There are two showers, two toilets and one bath.

It would suit a professional couple, individual or two friends very well with the third bedroom used as a utility or office space.

The living room is a good size and has amazing views over the estuary and the Royal William Yard. There is a wall-mounted 50 inch TV and gigabit-speed internet.

The location is brilliant - a 5 minute walk to the RWY and Firestone Bay, LIDL and a 15 minute walk into town.

Internet and the service charge will be included in the rent. Council tax, energy and water are not included.

There is dedicated parking in a courtyard behind the apartment with rear access. It is technically a single space but as it's adjacent to a wall you can fit in two cars, one behind the other, if needed.

Well behaved pets are welcome but please cover the sofa with a throw if, like me, you have a messy dog!.

I am a 32 year-old business owner and will be living with my partner in Newquay. There is a possibility that I will look to start selling the house next year, hence the 1-year maximum stay, however that plan isn't set in stone. I will keep you updated.
