Hello, our lovely tenant is leaving after 14 months and we will have a fully furnished large en-suite loft room available from 11/01/27 in our family home in Peverell, Plymouth.

The room is exceptionally bright and airy. There is a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 3 chest of drawers, 2 double mirrored wardrobes and a dressing table with mirror. There is also a flatscreen tv mounted on the wall. The en-suite has a wc, washbasin, shower cubicle with electric shower.

All bills are included - council tax, electricity, gas, water, WiFi, tv licence, use of washing machine and dishwasher. There is a tumble dryer which will incur a small additional charge.

Shared facilities are lounge, separate dining room, kitchen diner (fully equipped) and a small sunny courtyard garden with outside seating.

On street parking, no permit required.

You'll be sharing the house with me, my husband (mature couple) any my son (late 20's) and our friendly cocker spaniel dog.

Located close to Central Park. There's a Co-op within a 2-min walk ideal for quick essentials, Hyde Park shops, cafes and takeaways within a 5-min walk and slightly further (within a 10-min walk) is Mutley Plain hosting further shops, cafes and entertainment. Plymouth city centre is a 20-30min walk and we're on a number of bus routes. Plymouth train station is alwo within easy walking distance.

We are looking to share our family home with an easy going, clean, quiet and friendly person. The room is available as a full-time let but we're open to a part-time Monday-Friday let if you'd prefer. Flexible on term length.
