The house is immaculate and the room recently redecorated..
All the housemates are working and are friendly, whilst allowing you space if that is what you want.

The house is kept clean by the common areas being professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.

All rooms have a large en suite shower room with electric shower (so don't worry about the other rooms emptying the water tanks) . The house is fully equipped ( see below) and includes tumble dryer, covered bike storage and on street parking (non permit).

The house is located a short distance from Freedom Fields , 20 meters from bus stop and close (50 meters) from co op store. Walking distance to city center in about 20 minutes.

The common areas are a lounge with settee, individual seats and TV. There is a large kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the kitchen are also larder fridge and larder freezer with additional cupboards for each room ; shelves and cupboards are allocated to each room and numbered to avoid arguments over whose shelf is whose

Great place to live and be comfortable staying there. Current tenants are long term and this room is only available as the tenant wanted to move to another house we have close by.
