The road is quiet as it's crescent so no main traffic. Only short 10 min drive away to city centre, Derriford , dockyard and easy access to a38. There is on street parking, never had any issues finding a spot to park.

The house is 3 bed semi detached with large tiered garden overlooking Ham woods. Comfortable seating area/decked terrace and BBQ area.

You would have your own fridge/freezer (there are two in the house). Washing machine and separate dryer available to use.

There is a modern walk in shower.

The room is small/modest, has small comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress. Built-in storage and open style wardrobe.

If more room required there is also annexe which can be used as office/additional private living space and it has a toilet and sink. This can be included for additional cost of £150,- per month. The room itself is £420,- per month (mon-fri occupancy) and all bills included.
