It's myself, my partner and two small elderly dogs with me that don't leave my side. You don't have to love dogs but I'd expect kindness towards animals.

The road is quiet as it's crescent so no main traffic. Only short 10 min drive away to city centre, Derriford , dockyard and easy access to a38. There is on street parking, never had any issues finding a spot to park.

The house is 3 bed semi detached with large tiered garden overlooking Ham woods. Comfortable seating area/decked terrace and BBQ area.

You would have your own fridge/freezer (there are two in the house). Washing machine and separate dryer available to use.

There is a modern walk in shower.

The room is small/modest, has small comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress. Built-in storage and open style wardrobe.

The room itself is £420,- per month (mon-fri occupancy) and all bills included, however alternative days per week can be considered.

Will consider full time let depending on circumstances. (Not as primary/only residence) all week occupancy is £550 per month.
