We’re looking for two respectful lodgers to join our large, friendly home in Mutley, Plymouth.

The property is a spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house spread over three floors, offering plenty of space, privacy and flexibility for four occupants. This is not a HMO — it’s our much-loved home, and we’re looking for people who will treat it as such and enjoy sharing a comfortable, relaxed space.

About Us

We are both full-time employed working professionals and are looking for lodgers who are also in full-time employment.

We’re generally outgoing and enjoy being sociable, but we also really value our own privacy, peace and quiet. We’re looking for people who are friendly, respectful and considerate of shared spaces.

We don’t allow pets or smoking inside the house, although smoking is welcome in the garden.
