I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy working professional or mature student to share my lovely Victorian home in Plymouth.

I've recently moved into the property and have been lovingly renovating it, combining its original Victorian character with modern, cosy interiors. I'm really proud of the home I'm creating and would love to find someone who will appreciate and enjoy it too.

The Accommodation

A fully furnished double bedroom in a spacious three-bedroom Victorian terrace, offering a peaceful, comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Who You'll Be Living With

I'm a 36-year-old healthcare professional. I'm friendly, considerate and enjoy a relaxed home environment.

You'll also be sharing with Nola, my beautiful American Akita! She's a much-loved member of the household, so it's important that you're comfortable and confident around large dogs.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking Nola, interior design, renovating the house and relaxing at home.

I enjoy having a friendly, welcoming home, but equally appreciate peace, privacy and personal space.

Who I'm Looking For

I'm happy to consider both working professionals and mature students, male or female. Finding the right person is far more important to me than anything else.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is:

Clean, tidy and considerate Reliable and respectful of shared spaces Comfortable living with a large dog Friendly and easygoing Independent and respectful of each other's privacy

I'd love to find someone who enjoys the occasional chat or cup of coffee but is equally happy doing their own thing.

This isn't a party house, but rather a peaceful, comfortable home where we can both relax and enjoy our own routines.

The basement and laundry facilities are private areas of the property. A complimentary laundry service of up to two standard loads per week is included, with additional laundry by agreement.

Monthly rent: £625 per calendar month

Deposit: £400 refundable

Bills: Included, covering electricity, water, council tax and high-speed WiFi.
