Private PARKING ! Which in most areas of Plymouth is as rare as hens teeth . Never have the "pain" or frustration of hunting for parking space and then possibly having to park "miles" away . Or pay for parking permit . Which even then doesn't guarantee parking space .

Describe as quiet , relaxed and comfortable place to stay . Now looking for someone to join the "team". As a household we're quiet and friendly . Respecting someone need for privacy . The house is clean , cosy , warm and comfortable . Idea place to return at the end of the day , relax and recharge.
The A38 is only 3 minute drive which enables quick in and out of Plymouth . Picking up the M5 and Exeter in approx. 40 mins . Tamar bridge only 5 mins drive being main access to Cornwall . Local supermarkets . Tesco (10 mins )
and Lidl ( 5 mins ) drive
Once a week cleaning service . . Well equipped kitchen , hob , oven , microwave , washing machine and tumble dryer .
Bus stop only 1 minute walk and the city centre by bus is approx. 15 minutes
Rear garden is a sun trap . Shielded on 4 sides and very secluded area . Great place to sit kick back and relax . Enjoy drink or meal at the end of the day . Garden table with bench seats and parasol . Typical beer garden .
There is a great atmosphere in the house . Quiet , respectful jovial with an excellent esprit de corps .
There is a cat Tom . Great friendly cat.
