Private PARKING ! Which in some areas of Plymouth is as rare as hens teeth . Never have the "pain" and frustration of hunting for parking space and then possibly having to park "miles" away . Or pay for parking permit . Which even then doesn't guarantee parking space . In addition parking on a floodlight private driveway helps with insurance.

The A38 is only 2 minute drive which enables quick in and out of Plymouth . Picking up the M5 and Exeter in approx 40 minutes . Tamar bridge only 3 mins drive being main access to Cornwall . Local supermarkets . Tesco and Lidl only 5 minutes drive

Bus stop only 1 minute walk and the city centre by bus is approx. 15 minutes
