One large double room available in friendly house in Lipson, Plymouth. The room has a double bed, is furnished and light and airy with a large bay window. There is plenty of space to work from the bedroom if you need to.

The house has a large garden with shed ideal for bike and board storage. There's also a large patio with lots of seating so you can have friends over for BBQs. Fruit trees, a lawn and areas for growing veg make the garden a great place to enjoy in the warmer months.

The kitchen is recently renovated and has induction hobs, an oven and plenty of cupboard and freezer/ fridge space. There's lots of seating and a 42" flat screen TV in the lounge, making it very sociable. The separate dining room has double doors leading out to the patio area. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and the upstairs bathroom has a separate toilet. The house has been internally and externally insulated so is super warm and dry.

This house is in a great location as it's just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, on a main bus route and a 15 minute walk to the Barbican. You don't even need a parking permit for the road.

The current housemates are a really nice, friendly group of young professionals and we're looking for someone who will fit right in.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent including high speed broadband.
