The kitchen is recently renovated and has induction hobs, an oven and plenty of cupboard and freezer/ fridge space. There's lots of seating and a 42" flat screen TV in the lounge. The separate dining room has double doors leading out to the patio area. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and the upstairs bathroom has a separate toilet. The house has been internally and externally insulated so is warm and dry.

This house is in a great location as it's just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, on a main bus route and a 15 minute walk to the Barbican. You don't need a parking permit for the road.

The current housemates are a really nice, friendly group of young professionals and we're looking for someone who will fit in.
