. This is a very good size spacious double room available in a friendly 1930's terrace with a lovely court-yard garden, in Stoke village location. 

The room has been furbished with a double bed, desk, curtains etc. Cabinet for storage can be made available if required.

court yard garden space and there can be some storage space if needed.

. I (male tenant) am a professional designer, academic and friendly person occasionally working away. 


. I am an easy-going person, who does take pride in my home environment and would equally expect the same respect.

. Non-smoker is preferred and someone with a professional background or a post graduate student who is mature. No pets.

. The house is in a quiet location of the village with local shops, café, restaurants, several supermarkets and pubs. There is plenty of on street parking which doesn't require a permit.
 Very friendly neighbours.
Also, there is Plymouth Life Centre with a good swimming pool & gym facilities and Central Park close to the house, as well as several other facilities like dental and doctor’s surgeries close by in the village.

. The house is close to several bus routes to all areas of Plymouth. Bus journey into town is 10 minutes roughly. It is also very close to Plymouth Train Station and University of Plymouth in walking distance.

. The rent is £520pcm, which includes some bills.
Security deposit of £520 and 2 professional references will be required.

. The room is available to rent from beginning of September, 2024.
