Lovely large & comfortable double room in a beautiful house in Plymstock. Room is situated on the top floor so nice and quiet. Light and airy, furnished to a high quality with a super comfy double bed, drawers and large wardrobe. You have use of a separate bathroom and living room on this floor. Access to a fully fitted kitchen and dining room. The house has a great garden with furniture and is a lil sun trap, the perfect place to chill. Really beautiful home.

Situated close to amenities, short walk to local shops and cafes, 15 mins to the city centre. Very close to the waterfront and numerous beaches. There's a lovely park across the road and nature reserve opposite, nice place for a stroll. Great transport link as the bus stop is literally 2 mins away.

This is a Mon-Fri let (or shorter week night stay) with a bit of flex around the odd weekend if necessary after discussion.
