Well presented large, double room in a cosy terraced house.
This is a quiet, low tech and non smoking household with a Border Terrier.


The room is fully furnished with a kingsize bed with brand-new Emma mattress, a large wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and desk.
There is a comfortable chair for relaxing.

You will have your own seperate toilet (not en-suite).
The bathroom is shared with a walk-in shower.


The shared space on the ground floor is a large kitchen-diner with use of the washing machine and microwave, leading to a dining room with access to a tiered back garden.
I have Broadband Internet and Netflix.

The living room, is my private space.

There is on road parking, no permits required. Bus stop across the road with regular routes into town. 5 minutes walk to local shops and supermarket.
2 minutes walk to South West Coast Path leading to local beaches and park.

About me.
I run my own business and work 2 - 3 days a week.
I get up at 5am on work days and I am, in general, an early riser as I like to make the most of the day.
I'm usually out during the day when I'm not working as I love being outdoors, especially swimming and walking my dog. I tend to do most of my socialising outside as my interests tend to be just that.
My home is my sanctuary and I like to relax by listening to music, watching films, reading and cooking.
My home is clean, tidy and clutter free.
Sustainability is important, as a result
I prefer a cooler well ventilated house.


In order not to feel like a guest in my own home, occasional visitors staying over are welcome with prior arrangement, but not on a regular basis.
I'm looking for someone to rent for a year minimum.

You will need to be working full time and not from home.

2 References, 1 months rent in advance and deposit required.
