Bright double room available in a spacious 4-bed house. I live here alone and am looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who values a spacious, calm, comfortable home.

Additional sitting/gaming room with TV / streaming.
Large kitchen and dining space with plenty of storage
Garden with outdoor furniture
You’ll have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom. I mainly use the en-suite, though I do occasionally enjoy a bath!
Rent & bills:
Deposit: £625, returned on leaving provided the room and shared areas are left in good condition
All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license & streaming services, fibre broadband
I work partly from home and partly from a nearby office. I keep the house clean and warm, and I’m looking for someone who’s happy to help keep shared spaces and room clean.
My routine is settled - usually winding down by 11pm and up around 7am - so this would suit someone with a similar lifestyle.
