Bright double room available in a spacious 4-bed house. I live here alone and am looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who values a calm, comfortable home.
The room & house:
Double bedroom
Parking for 1 car included

Shared living room with TV, Netflix, Prime & Disney+
Large kitchen and dining space with plenty of storage
Garden with outdoor furniture
You’ll have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom. I mainly use the en-suite, though I do occasionally enjoy a bath.
Rent & bills:
Deposit: £625, returned on leaving provided the room and shared areas are left in good condition
All bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax, TV & streaming services
I work partly from home and partly from a nearby office. I keep the house clean and warm, and I’m looking for someone who’s happy to help keep shared spaces and the main bathroom tidy.
My routine is settled — usually winding down by 10pm and up around 7am — so this would suit someone with a similar lifestyle. Probably not ideal for night owls or regular late-night activity.
About you:
Preferably a professional (students considered)
Vaping welcome, but no smokers
No pets
Available immediately, minimum 1 months - currently can commit to 2 months as house on the market. Will extend if that doesn't proceed.
