Large double room Plymstock

I have a large double room to let in a ground floor flat with garden and off road parking. The room has large built in wardrobe with shelving and storage. The property is positioned in a quiet cul de sac near local shops and bus route. A local park and beaches are in walking distance. I’m very active person and partake in a lot of outdoor pursuits. I consider myself quite laid back and pretty grounded. I work shifts so I’m home at various times. I will be getting a desk and bedside table for the bedroom and a TV can be provided. The bathroom is shared and I have a good fast internet provision. I have a dog that will sometimes be here. Feel free to ask any questions.
