A fortnightly cleaner, Off street parking & a car is recommended. A large garden in a quiet Location. The house is a thatched and detached & yes rose's round the door way.10 min drive through kenn to the A38/M5 5 mins by car to Marsh Barton or the number 2 bus for Exeter to Newton Abbot. Exminster is the nearest for amenities by 5 mins by car. We are looking for a warm friendly person who is also respectful, quiet, neat & tidy.
