Single room

Hello,
The room will only be available during university term time.
I have a daughter who is at university and would like to come home for university holidays.
Therefore I can only help during university term times.

We have a cat and garden.
Netflix also available.

I am a single mum and work as a Service Manager, and I am house proud.
