Almost exclusive use of one of the two lounges. Quite area, close to the park. Landlord and 23 year old daughter also live here plus one other female flatmate. All sociable and friendly. Female preferred please, preferably working normal hours or full time education. All bills included. Fully furnished including TV's, washing machine, dryer etc. Prefer minimum 2 month let.
