Lovely double bedroom available in large five bedroom house in central Tiverton overlooking garden. Secure private parking and large garden. Shared bathroom with one other female. Quite area, close to the park. Landlord, 26 year old daughter and 24 year old son also live here plus one other female flatmate. All sociable and friendly. Female preferred please, preferably working normal hours.
Several international care workers have lived here before and are very welcome. All bills included. Fully furnished including TV's, washing machine, dryer etc. Prefer minimum 2 month let.
