Current Household

The home is primarily occupied by my mother and two quiet friendly cocker spaniels. She is often out during the day, so the house is generally quiet and relaxed.
I do not live at the property as I work away frequently, so it is not a live-in landlord arrangement in the traditional sense. Occasionally pop back to grab the odd thing.
