Hi - we are looking for someone to move into a large double room in our nice big shared house in Bampton St, Tiverton - only a few moments walk from the town centre. House is furnished to a great standard and has a large kitchen , comfy front room, two bathrooms, a cellar / laundry room and a conservatory looking out into the back yard which is perfect for BBQs!

It is also fully equipped with smoke and fire alarms, has a nice Samsung Curve smart TV and a big American fridge. The rent includes all bills, wi-fi broadband and sky plus. We also have cleaners for the communal areas twice a month. Being a smoker is no problem but there is no smoking in the house (there is a back yard) Thanks for looking at the ad!
