Our studio type room is private and accessed from the rear of our family home. The rent includes all bills and food....which is plentiful and suits someone who appreciates a healthy varied diet.

Our ideal tenant is respectful and in full-time NHS employment (not working from home).

£775 per month

*Organic food - mix of meat and vegi. Can cater for vegi too.

Breakfast/lunch items are kept in your own fridge & food area in your room.

Dinner is brought to you to eat privately within your room or can be left in your room/fridge to microwave.

All our meat, dairy, fruit & veg comes from Riverford. Everything else if it can be found organic we have it. Type of food cooked is varied and healthy, all fresh.
