Although my house is close to the town-centre and the seafront, it has a semi-rural feel, because there is a large green cliff at the back which is full of squirrels, bats, owls and the occasional pheasant and buzzard, which can be observed from the roof terrace. Recently there has also been a badger in the garden.
One of the 20 yo twins has a cat and a dog. Her sister has an indoor rabbit. The goth-girl has an indoor kitten. I have a very old cat. There is also a visiting stray-cat (pictured). The pictured dogs belong to a previous lodger.
We have a no-male-visitors rule, so if you think you might want male visitors, then obviously this place will not suit you.
The room is in the loft. I needs insulating before anybody can move in. It is 3.4 by 4.2 metres, but slopes towards the edges. I hope to get it ready early in 2026.
