New renovated period property in Torquay

We have recently finished a full renovation to this grade 2 listed period property in central Torquay. The property has been finished to a high standard and will only let to working professionals. The accommodation consists of double rooms of varying sizes, all with a kitchen within each room. The bathrooms and showers are shared between occupants with 3 showers and three toilets in total. There is a separate laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, these are free to use. The property is close to Torre station and the 12 and 22 bus routes providing good access to Newton abbot, the bay and the hospital. The communal areas including the bathrooms and utility are cleaned twice weekly with the supply of hand soap toilet rolls etc included within the rent. The garden is also maintained as and when necessary throughout the year.
