Please note there is no access to host accommodation, the room has its own sink and kitchenette. / strictly single occupancy no guests

Room with own sink, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker. Launders service available ( clothes washed and dried ) £10 per load. Access to the garden and patio in the summer, shared shower room females preferred.
One character reference is required and one month rent in advance plus a refundable deposit (if at the end of the tenancy no damage has occurred )
Would suit a young professional studying or working at the hospital.
The property is a 20 minute walk from Torbay hospital
1 single bed with good mattress, bedding and pillows and towels not provided, hanging and drying clothes area, draws, small table and comfy chair. quiet guests only someone who appreciates their privacy and is friendly.
One small dog possibly considered.
