Please note the room is strictly single ocupancy. (NO GUESTS)
The bungalow has sea views to the front and a private walled garden with patio table and parasol. Double room, with kitchenette for lite meals, bathroom, garden and patio and main kitchen access as per to be arranged.



I prefer long term to 6 months to a year.
The room is ready to move in on the now Sep 2026.

There is access to the hosts kitchen to cook meals and to use the washing machine and wash dishes etc...

Payments are made on a monthly per calaner month basis (no pro rata).

The room has a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a slow cooker and a fridge freezer.


The bungalow Would suit a young professional or working individual or retired individual.
The property is a 20 minute walk from Torbay hospital and close to a local supermarket and Abbey Sands beach.
The room has 1 comfy single bed with a good mattress, (bedding and pillows and towels are not provided,) there is a hanging area that can double as a drying clothes area. There is a set of draws, a table and chair to sit and eat food, and a comfy chair
THE BUNGALOW IS A QUIET PEACEFUL SPACE , The ideal lodger would be someone who appreciates their own privacy and mine.
I have 2 dogs, so please be aware this is a dog friendly environment. Please do not apply if you dont like dogs...or if you are allergic to dogs.

There is CCTV installed in the premises, and also outside.

Holding deposits are non refundable as per legal legislation in the uk of one weeks rent - if the loger cancels the agreement to move in please be aware the holding deposit will not be refunded.
