There's a south facing garden with a patio for enjoying the sun with glimpses of the sea and views of Dartmoor.

Perfectly located only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre and 5-10 minutes walk from the beach!

This is our family home and together with two other lodgers we provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The rooms are light and airy and include a double bed and mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, 32" LED TV with freeview and Wifi.

There's an ensuite shower room with a toilet, basin and shower.

The rooms have central heating.

There's a large communal kitchen dining room on the ground floor with range oven, dishwasher etc and large dining table. There is also a communal utility room with washing machine, ironing board and lots of space to dry washing.

We have a secure garage for bike storage and there's plenty of space to park in the gated drive.

The house benefits from having a new central heating system with hot water available 24 hours a day.
