I have recently renovated the house to a very high standard. The room is not ensuite but you'd have main use of the bathroom on the ground floor very close to your bedroom. I am extremely clean and tidy, quiet and respectful and will only consider a tenant who has the same characteristics. Single, working professionals only.

This really is a lovely house in a very quiet area. I’m told the photos don’t do the rooms and house justice! There is also the option of your own living room next to your bedroom. Absolutely everything included, own virgin media box with all the channels, super fast Wi-fi.
Great and quiet location close to Cockington (about a 5 min walk), Torquay railway station a 10-15 minute walk away.
