Three rooms available in mid terrace house in Torquay. The property is opposite the innovation centre and coach station. The house comprises of four bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, main bathroom, shower room and small courtyard to rear. The house if fully double glazed, has gas central heating and hob, plenty of sofas and a tv. The rooms all have a bed with a duvet and pillows, a chest of draws and a wardrobe. Wifi, tv licence, council tax, gas, water and electricity bills are all included in the rent.

We require a minimum of four weeks rent as a deposit and one weeks rent paid in advance. The minimum term is 3 months. I'm afraid we don't accept housing benefit or pets.
