Double Bedroom with Garden View

Hi I have a room in Bridgetown 10 mins walk centre Totnes. The room is a good size on the ground floor and has a large window, overlooking the garden at the back of the house., and is not overlooked.
It has storage space under the stair space within the bedroom. The bathroom is opposite, across the landing.
It's furnished and has a double bed, furniture can be moved in and out as needed.
There is shared use of the galley kitchen and living room with a fireplace, and large garden.
I have a garage where it is possible to store a bike.
There is free parking on the road
I have a cat, and would not be open to anyone with pets.
I work part time so would be home half the time.
I would prefer someone who works outside of the home. I like idea of some shared meals and cooking, balanced with personal space.
