There are two sitting rooms ,excellent broadband wifi. TV in bedroom. Own fridge. Use of kitchen & laundry with all bills included. Council tax band D. Off street parking. Nearby bus stop giving access into Bideford, Barnstaple & surrounding villages. The village has excellent amenities, including tennis courts all on our doorstep. We are an active, retired married couple looking for a mature, responsible individual to share our home. There is plenty of space providing privacy for all. This is great value for money.
