Lodger sought, large double room in country house

Beautiful country cottage- Large double room available to let. Double bed with mattress and bedding. Side table with drawers, good sized wardrobe. Desk and chest of drawers if required, I redecorate room every time I take a new lodger so it will be fresh. I live with my dog and two other adults, in the black down hills which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Incredible views and walks from the door step! Good parking off road on my driveway.
Fibre broadband with 1 gigabyte speeds throughout house and garden. Very friendly household, beautiful garden, lots of space.

I have a cosy living room with large wood burner and we’ll equipped kitchen and utility.

Honiton, Chard, Axminster and Taunton are close by. There is a potential home office garden room I could add to the let. I am easy going and would like a trust worthy lodger.
