Lodger sought, large double room in country house

Large double room in my house available to let. Double bed with mattress and bedding. Side table with drawers, good sized wardrobe. Desk and chest of drawers if required, I am about to redecorate room so it will be fresh. I live with my dog and two lodgers, in the black down hills which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Incredible views and walks from the door step! Good parking off road on my driveway.
Fibre broadband with 1 gigabyte speeds throughout house and garden. Very friendly household, beautiful garden, lots of space.

I have a cosy living room and we’ll equipped kitchen and utility.

Honiton, Chard, Axminster and Taunton are close by. I have 1 gig fibre broadband and a potential home office garden room I could add to the let. I am easy going and would like a trust worthy lodger. From time to time my grown up children might visit/ stay over.
All bills included (electricity, council tax, water).
