Bright Room with Garden Views – Beaminster Area

I have a bright, comfortable single/small double room available, with a lovely view over the garden. The bed can be used as a single or pulled out into a small double, depending on what suits you.

This is a shared home, so I’m looking for someone who is considerate, clean and respectful of shared spaces, and who is happy living alongside someone else 😊

There are resident cats who will almost certainly come and say hello (and may occasionally decide your feet are the perfect place to sleep!), so an animal lover is definitely a must.

The house has a shared living area, bathroom and kitchen, plus a large garden to the rear. There is also parking.

I occasionally work from home, so I’m looking for someone who is employed and has their own routine, and who understands that we both need our own space and downtime. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also value a calm home and mutual respect.

The house has recently had a few upgrades, including:

A few basics: references and a deposit are required, and I’m looking for someone who will treat the house, garden and cats with care.
