Have been renovating house - we are close to the finish line :-). This means that everything is new, clean and fresh.

Bedroom is 10ft x 10ft. So is a small double bedroom. Furnished with double (3/4 bed) with a new mattress, chest of drawers with mirror, 2 built in floor to ceiling wardrobes (on either side of chimney breast), and a full length mirror too.

House on quiet cul de sac.

If you have a car, there is no official parking - but there is street parking for free.

Bus stops to Poole, Salisbury and Dorchester are 5 minutes walk

We have a garage, so there would be room for a bike/surfboard. Lovely little magical garden that Lianne spends a lot of time in. With garden furniture. Also a back patio area with furniture.

The house itself is a good size. With a kitchen/hang out area. Also a separate large lounge/diner with TV. The house is communal and we love hanging out with like minded people - because of the two separate spaces downstairs it means that you can have your privacy to watch a movie/documentary etc.. We have internet.

We are a social house, and have friends over at least once a month for food, along with other friends popping in for a cuppa.

Also a very positive, conscious, happy and healthy home. Greg works within the watersports industry and Lianne works within health and wellness. Our health is at the forefront of everything we do, and because of this we have chosen not to get vaccinated, as we don’t wish to compromise our immune systems. We would hope to live with someone with similar views,

We have a cat called Sunny, and sometimes look after a cocker poo called Benji. Both with beautiful temperaments, and very loved. Having an animal lover living with us is a MUST.

We have an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath and also a downstairs toilet.

Located at the M&S end of town - with beautiful river walks, 'trailway' walks, and woods at Bryanston.
