Double room in beautiful apartment by the beach

This is a gorgeous apartment on quiet road overlooking the sea with immediate access to the beach and local amenities.
The apartment is spacious with a shared kitchen/living room area that provides a fridge/freezer, oven and electric gas hob and dishwasher. There is a communal washing machine and dryer opposite the front door that is shared with the other residents of the building.
The room is large with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and ensuite with a toilet and shower.
You will be sharing with one other tenant who is a friendly young professional.
The room is available while I am away over the summer.
