Double room in Springbourne

Double room with a large shower room, separate WC and kitchen/dining room, shared with another female lodger (29).

The lodger accommodation including shower room and kitchen is separate from mine, with garden access during the day. There is also a gated side entrance with a bench.

We’re a quiet but friendly household. We enjoy the occasional shared meal, playing cards or the odd night out. There’s also a great live music venue close by!

The room is on the first floor and is front-facing, you would be on the the 1st floor where the kitchen and bathrooms are. The other female lodgers room is on the ground floor.
There is easy access to the beach, town, railway station, coaches, busses and local shops.

I’m a young 60-year-old who loves live music, festivals, paddle boarding, hiking and getting away in my camper at weekends.

My lodgers tend to stay long term, which I take as a compliment! 😊

Animals are very welcome here. 🐶🐱 We’re big animal lovers and I occasionally dog-sit, The person moving on has been here for two years with her dog, who regularly pops downstairs to sit with me — especially when her owner is out! 😂
