Ensuite Room in Penthouse

Beautiful Ensuite Room in top floor apartment. Northerly views from room but uninterrupted ocean views from IOW to Swanage from the Living Room and Balcony.

Non smoker, Clean, Tidy, Respectful, No Pets, No Drama.

I'm there some of the time but not all. Ideally this is Monday to Friday and so would suit a professional working in this neck of the woods.

Open to 7 days for the right person.

Full use of shared facilities, kitchen, lounge, TV, Virgin Media, Wifi etc.

Will include an additional figure for share of bills, heating, hot water etc. All electric so we'll need to figure this separately.
