Double Bedroom for Lodger

I am a 34 year old professional female seeking a house lodger. The house has a front driveway, kitchen, lounge, 2 double bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, downstairs WC and south facing back garden. You will be renting a double bedroom with use of the house, garden and allocated parking space. I am looking for someone who will respect the house whilst I am there and away. I work Monday - Friday and most weekends I am away. Alongside, I am clean, tidy, organised and looking for an individual who is professional and likeminded. I also have a very friendly and well behaved pet male dog, who is house trained, called Spennie. The house is fully furnished and has WiFi. For a quick response, a viewing is highly recommended.
