Double Room Available in BH3

Please send us a message if you are looking for a room to rent in BH3 (Winton banks area). We have a double room available for occupancy from 16st May 2026 in a 6 bedroom shared house.

Long term and short term stays permitted (1 month notice period). Long term stays preferred.

Professionals preferred, but students accepted at our discretion.

No couples please.

All rooms are new following refurbishment

- 2 showers and 2 toilets (one toilet separate)
- New kitchen and communal area, with 4 fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, television and standard cooking equipment/cutlery provided
- Off-road parking available
- Wifi
- Under cover bicycle area
- A couple of minutes from the shops and bus-stops
- 10-15 minute walk to Bournemouth University
- 20 minute walk to Bournemouth station and town centre

Room Rate: Single Room - £150 p/w

Room rates include all bills.
Deposit of £400 required.

Live in husband and wife house owner (English and Ukrainian).

Languages spoken in the house: English, Russian, Ukrainian and Bulgarian..
