Guardianship sing room & sitting area- female

We are looking for a Guardian for a lovely room in Bournemouth.
The room is a single room but there is the availability of another room which can be used as a sitting or study room with plenty of storage. The other room has an ensuite bathroom too which this can be used by the Guardian. However occasionally the householder might have a guest for a few days per year who will share this bathroom.

Please note in exchange of a more affordable accommodation you will offer 3 hours per week of your help around the home (nothing more than what you would normally do) with the sharing of household chores.
