Fully furnished top floor of chalet bungalow with own entrance door to let for single occupancy.. Access to the main entrance door is shared with me.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with double bed and a separate lounge with kitchen area including full size fridge and freezer, microwave and a ninja 8 in 1 oven and kettle/toaster The bathroom has an electric shower. The flat is fully furnished and well equipped.

You will have your own parking space on the drive and there is unrestricted parking on the road. The house is in a quiet, tree lined road and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and a parade of shops. It's a 15 minute drive to Bournemouth airport and less than 10 minute drive to the University

Would suit a non smoker for Mon to Fri let, working daytime shifts and looking for some privacy and not a house share. You are welcome to leave your belongings when not here. No home workers please. I live in the downstairs of the house and have a small, friendly dog.

Rent is based on a 4/5 night stay and payable monthly. Minimum of 1 month please.
