Two Double rooms. Parking. Nr beach

There are two rooms available (at different price points).

You will have a double room in a detached house with parking available by arrangement -a real luxury in the area!
You have full use of the kitchen for everyday cooking (specialist appliances or equipment are available by arrangement) and garden. The shared bathroom has full-size shower and a spa bath.
It’s a 20-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to local shops and buses.

The home is a guest-style, independent household with an active schedule.
As this is my primary home and I work from home, I’m looking for someone who works outside the house during standard weekday hours.

Two rooms are available:
• Larger double room — king size bed with new all seasons duvet, high ceilings, new wardrobe and drawers, new
• Double room — on separate landing, next to shared bathroom, new king size bed with new all seasons duvet, drawers.
There is ONE sit-stand desk that can be offered.

You’ll need to enjoy the company of pets and people — a friendly spaniel and an aloof but charming cat.

Regular full-time lodging is preferred, though part-week arrangements may be considered for the right person. Deposit: typically £400, exact amount depends on length/type of stay and will be agreed in the contract. Minimum stay: 1 month; maximum stay flexible.
