Just one road from the beach, tucked away on a quiet leafy street, and 10 minutes from the station (direct trains to London). The flat is filled with unique furniture and art — a genuinely special space to live.

About Me
I’m self-employed in the music industry — friendly, down-to-earth, and a mix of introvert and extrovert. I often work from home and value peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect. The flat is a creative, calm, and comfortable place to live. It’s well looked after — not a party flat, just a lovely space with good energy.

Looking For
Someone friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful, who takes pride in where they live. Ideally you don’t work from home (the odd day is fine), are up for the occasional dinner, beach walk, pub quiz, but also value personal space.

**I’ll be away for January and February — so you’ll have the whole place to yourself. Gas usage during those months will just be down to you, as you’ll be enjoying sole use of the space.**
