I have a furnished double bedroom available to rent in my two-storey home, just a few minutes’ walk from Bournemouth train station.

The room comes furnished with:

* Ottoman double bed
* Wardrobe
* Tall chest of drawers
* Bedside cabinet
* Smart TV

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful female and am looking for a similar female lodger who is a working professional and will treat the home with the same care and respect.

I live in the property with my well-behaved miniature dachshund, so ideally you’ll be comfortable around dogs. I’m friendly and easy-going and would like the house to feel like a comfortable, relaxed place to live rather than simply a rental.

The house has three bedrooms, although the third bedroom is used for storage and won’t be rented out, so it will just be myself and the lodger living here.

There is also on-street parking available close to the property.
