I have a furnished double bedroom available to rent in my two-storey home, just a few minutes walk from Bournemouth train station.

The room comes furnished with:

* Ottoman double bed
* Wardrobe
* Tall chest of drawers
* Bedside cabinet
* Smart TV

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful female and am looking for a similar female lodger who is a working professional and will treat the home with the same care and respect.

I live in the property with my well-behaved miniature dachshund, so ideally you’ll be comfortable around dogs. I’m friendly and easy-going and would like the house to feel like a comfortable, relaxed place to live rather than simply a rental.

The house has three bedrooms, although the third bedroom is used for storage and won’t be rented out.

There is also on-street parking available close to the property.
