Quiet home, clean,cosy room n Charminster/B'm'th

Hi, thanks for reading. There is currently one room vailable from 01.01.26, as my current lodger is moving after being with me for a few years.

Room one- available ...A cosy single room with bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving. It is a quiet room, as at the rear of the home amd next to the large kitchen.

Room two...A good size double room with a large wardrobe, double bed, sofa and shelving. We also have a variety of other pieces available if required in the loft.

There is a good sized kitchen/diner and bathroom which is great to relax in or study.
Parking is on the road and we are within a minutes' walking distance of the shops, buses, trains, cafes and restaurants of Charminster, which is walking distance of Bournemouth tiwn centre.
We are usually out in the forest, so the flat is very quiet and relaxed.
We are looking for someone to appreciate our home and feel welcome. We are non smokers, so not looking for people who do.

I used to manage the clubs and bars in town, so don't live the crazy party life anymore, so looking for someone who is respectful and fits in with the rest of the house.
